Free UK delivery over £100
Orders of £100 or more ship free anywhere in mainland UK. Under £100, UK delivery is a flat £3.50 on Royal Mail Tracked, so a single screen costs the same to post as a full tray of them. Collection from the Brixton counter is always free, whatever the order is worth.
Despatch and delivery times

- Typical UK delivery is within three working days of despatch.

Free collection from Brixton
Collect free from Basement, 14 Electric Avenue, Brixton, London SW9 8JX. We will email you when your order is ready. Bring your order number.
- Monday to Saturday, 8:00am to 8:00pm
- Sunday, 10:00am to 6:00pm

Packaging
Screens and glass are packed in rigid protection. If a part arrives damaged, photograph the packaging before opening it fully and contact us the same day.

Batteries are classed as dangerous goods and ship under the carrier's lithium battery rules. This can restrict which services are available, so battery orders may show fewer delivery options at checkout.
