We label the grade on every product, OEM, Service Pack, Aftermarket or AURA Premium, so you know exactly what you are buying. Service Pack is genuine manufacturer stock.
Why are you cheaper than the big wholesalers?
We buy from the same suppliers, but we are a shop with a bench rather than a warehouse operation with a sales floor. We price to move stock.
Can I collect instead of paying for delivery?
Yes, and it is free. Collect from Basement, 14 Electric Avenue, Brixton, London SW9 8JX seven days a week.
Do I need a trade account to buy?
No. Anyone can buy at the listed price. Trade accounts add volume pricing and same-day collection, see our trade page.
Will you fit the part for me?
Yes. Bring the device to the shop. Most common repairs are done while you wait.
What if the part does not work?
