What you can do at the counter
- Buy any part in the catalogue. Over 14,000 lines. If it is not on the shelf we can usually order it in for the next day.
- Have it fitted while you wait. Screens, batteries and charging ports are usually done inside the hour.
- Collect an online order, free. Order on the site, we email you when it is ready, you pick it up. No delivery charge, no waiting in.
- Get the part identified. Bring the device. We match the part to it in front of you rather than you guessing from a photograph on a website.
- Open a trade account. Bring your business details and we can usually set it up the same day.
What to bring
- The device itself if you can. It settles the fit question instantly.
- Your model number if you cannot bring the device. It is in the phone settings, or in small print on the back.
- Your order number if you are collecting.
- Back up anything you cannot lose before a repair. We do not wipe devices as a matter of routine, but a device that arrives damaged may not survive the fix.

Will you fit a part I bought elsewhere? Yes. Ask at the counter for a fitting price.
Do you buy or repair laptops and consoles? We stock parts for consoles and some laptops. Ring first for anything beyond phones and tablets.
Is the shop step free? Honestly, no. We are a basement unit reached by stairs. If stairs are a problem, ring 07947 488891 when you arrive and we will come up to street level and serve you there.
Can I park? Electric Avenue is pedestrianised market street, so no. Brixton is well served by tube, rail and buses, and there are pay and display bays on the surrounding roads.
